Shipping Policy

At Fashion Foreplus we always try to delight our customers by providing world class service. Hence shipping is the most important part of your shopping. We know how eager you are to receive your product as soon as you place an order, so eager we are too to deliver as soon as possible. We usually ship your order within 48 hours of confirmation. We have partnered with some good courier company to deliver faster. We have larger network area to cover up the delivery but some pin codes are still not deliverable. For those orders cancellation is applied automatically. Orders with deliverable area only will be completed.

Availability of Cod depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery.

Our courier partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination and your order value might have exceeded this limit. Please enter your pin code on the product page to check if Cod is available in your location.

We assure you the expected time of delivery while you purchase and try to fulfil in the time frame mentioned but in some unavoidable circumstances it may delay.

The shipment delay may depend on below mentioned possible reasons-

• Order confirmation on hold
• Customer not reachable
• There is a Sunday or national holiday between the time frame
• Address not found
• Bulk Orders

Though you always have a choice to cancel your order if it is delayed. And we refund your entire amount(if paid) as per the cancellation policy.

Return Shipments

Return Shipments are always picked by us. But in some cases if we are unable to pick up, you can send it with any courier and we reimburse you the shipping cost as standard courier rates.

Shipping Charges

We always ship free. But due to some state taxes we may add a small amount to your billing before confirming of order.

We only ship in India. We do not ship internationally.
