Please be informed to our customer friendly policy regarding cancellation or return/replacement. We request you to go through this policy properly before concluding a sale.

Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation is as easy as anything. You can simply cancel your order at any point of time. And we assure you that your money gets refunded (for prepaid orders) to the paid mode of payment within 72 working hours.

RETURN/REPLACEMENT

At Fashion Foreplus we are always in customer’s satisfaction, and we know how much you care about your shopping. We want to make your shopping more easy and delightful by introducing our Easy Return/Replacement policy. Whenever you are not satisfied with the product you received against your order, just give us a chance to help you Return/Replace it.

You just need to send an email to care@fashionforeplus.com within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a case against the faulty order. After we verify with all the details we would initiate Return/Replacement. We assure you that you will not be left unsatisfied from our end. Please follow the process and terms & Conditions for the Return/Replacement.

You can request for Return/Replacement for below mentioned reasons-

  • Defective/Duplicate product received.
  • Wrong colour/size/type received.
  • Product not as per the descriptions.
  • Product damaged in transit.
  • You are unsatisfied with the product quality.
  • Delayed delivery of product(Please refer to our shipping policy)

You cannot request for Return/Replacement for below mentioned reasons-

  • Items that have been worn/washed/soiled
  • Items which were sold as combos/sets, are not eligible for return/replacement as individual items
  • Product delivered for more than 7 calendar days.
  • You no more want the product.
  • You found a better deal somewhere else, as that may be a part of promotions.

Procedure for Return/Replacement request-

Simply mark a mail to care@fashionforeplus.com with your complete order, Contact and product details. Describe your issues, Take at least 4 images of product including packaging, main product, shipping label and invoice. Please be assured that you keep our invoice safely that would help you to return/replace easily. Sit back and relax, one of our team executive will look into you issue and revert you within 24 working hours. We complete our complaints within 72 Working hours. We assure you we will not leave you unsatisfied from our end.
